Guess a Quote (9.17.14)

Guess A Quote (9.17.14)

Wow. The 17th. That means it’s only three months until my birthday. (Random thought that popped into my head as I typed the date into this post.) It’s going to be strange to not be a teenager anymore!

Last week’s quote drew a bunch of guesses. I guess it was a good idea to throw a modern book into the mix. Since not everyone is a fan of classics, I figured it was only fair. The quote came from The Hunger Games, by Suzanne Collins. CJ, Wolfen S. Silverfang, Amanda, Emily Ruth, OnionTea, and Morgan Huneke all guessed it right. Good job, guys!

Here’s the quote for this week. I’m curious to see how many of you have read this one.

I do know that for the sympathy of one living being, I would make peace with all. I have love in me the likes of which you can scarcely imagine and rage the likes of which you would not believe. If I cannot satisfy the one, I will indulge the other.

Happy Guessing!

Oh, I knew the quote was from The Hunger Games! I just forgot to leave a comment. :/

I believe this quote is from Frankenstein. I’ve skimmed it, but never read it. It looks interesting and very sad, albeit quite incorrect biblically.
